Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To initiate a cancellation, buyers should reach out to our Support Center at support@ladydeville.com. Our Support Center will process the cancellation request within 1-2 business days.
Processing:
Your order will be processed within a timeframe of 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipment:
1. For US customers, the shipping time is 4-7 Days only Standard FREE shipping. Packages will be shipped by USPS.

*All packages have specific tracking information.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.
